Higher education for the majority in price
Only 13% of our respondents did not receive higher education and are not going to receive it in the future. Of these, more than half (52%) after school decided to receive secondary specialized education, and 38% immediately began to work.

Most applicants (85%), regardless of whether they have a higher education or not, plan to improve their knowledge and improve their skills through additional education (online courses, training, reading literature, and so on).
The highest share among those who are definitely going to increase their knowledge in the areas of IT (70%), art and mass media (68%), construction and real estate (61%), marketing and PR, as well as in personnel management (60 each) %).
How to choose universities
We asked applicants who have already received higher education or are getting it now, according to what criteria they chose universities. The main criterion was the presence in the university of a curriculum for the chosen specialty - it was named by 58% of respondents. Moreover, among current students, the percentage of those who choose this option is higher (75%) than among those who have already completed higher education (they have 54%). And more than half (61%) of current students are going to later work in their specialty.
The second place among the selection criteria is the prestige of the university (31% of respondents chose this answer option), and the parents' opinion (24% of respondents) is the third.
Moreover, current students are more independent in their choice than those who have already unlearned. Of the first, only 16% depended on the opinions of the parents, while of the already unlearned such 26%. The difference is noticeable in such criteria as the reviews of graduates and the place of the university in various ratings: current students relied more on them than those who had already graduated.
